Hunting for games like Bloxd.io? Fair enough. You've probably broken every bed on every sky island, and now you want the same feeling somewhere else: open a tab, pick a mode, be playing ten seconds later. That's the bar here. Bloxd's own pitch is "No downloads, no login!", and its best stuff (bedwars, skywars, building worlds, BloxdHop parkour, PvP) is all one click away. So every pick below has to be free, run in a browser, and hold up against Bloxd, not against Minecraft. That keeps the list short. The real answer to "are there any browser games similar to Bloxd?" is that a couple come close, and only for some of its modes. So I've sorted this by the Bloxd mode you're trying to replace.
What Bloxd.io does that nothing else quite does
Bloxd has been around since March 2021, and its mode list has grown into something a bit ridiculous: Bedwars, Sky Wars, OneBlock, Survival, Creative, Peaceful, BloxdHop and EvilTower for parkour, CubeWarfare (a third-person shooter where you build), DoodleCube (draw-and-guess, but with blocks), Hide and Seek, Murder Mystery, Pirates, Survival Royale, Plots, Greenville and Worlds. That's the lineup as of October 2026, and it changes often.
Three things make it hard to replace:
- Everything lives in one tab. The two picks below each stick to one lane: Voxiom.io shoots, Minecraft Classic builds. Bloxd does both and then piles a dozen goofy minigames on top.
- The main modes cost nothing. Survival, Bedwars, Greenville and the rest of the primary modes are free. You can jump in as a guest. A free account is what keeps your progress, your plots and your rankings.
- Custom worlds have a real community behind them. Players make texture packs, scripting helpers and world tools for it, and BloxdForge is one hub for that stuff.
It also runs in phone and tablet browsers, and there are iOS and Android apps. Honestly, if what you love is the variety, the best "alternative" might be a Bloxd mode you've never opened. If it's one specific mode you're after, though, here's what holds up.
Bedwars and PvP
Bloxd's Bedwars is the classic setup: teams of four on sky islands, guard your bed, break theirs. There's Solos, Duos, Trios, Squads, 1v1 and a ranked 4v4 on top. Straight answer: nothing on this page does bedwars. If bed-breaking is the specific itch, Bloxd is still where you scratch it in a browser. If you already own Minecraft, my list of Minecraft servers to join is where to look for the big minigame networks, though that's a paid game, not a free tab.
For PvP in general, though, Voxiom.io is the pick. Full card below, but the short version is that it's a shooter, and you'll be throwing up walls for cover mid-fight.
Building and creative: Minecraft Classic
What it is: Mojang's official free browser build of Minecraft Classic at classic.minecraft.net, put out for Minecraft's 10th anniversary in 2019. No download, no purchase, no Microsoft account.
What it shares with Bloxd: the open-a-tab-and-build part. It's pure creative mode, and it's the real thing from Mojang.
What it lacks: nearly everything else. You get a 32-block palette, and there's no survival, no mobs, no hunger and no health bar. The big one: as of 2026 it's single-player, so no friends, no minigames, no PvP. My guide to Minecraft Classic in your browser has the full story.
Replaces: Bloxd's Creative or Peaceful, when you just want to build quietly. It's great for a half hour of tinkering. It won't replace Plots, because there's nobody to show your build to.
Parkour and obby
BloxdHop and EvilTower don't have a browser stand-in here, since neither game on this page has a parkour mode at all. If jump maps are your favorite part of Bloxd, stay put and play its own two. Go grind EvilTower.
Survival
Voxiom.io has a Survival mode where you craft, build and survive on an open map. It's a survival round inside a shooter, though, so expect guns first and gathering second. That makes it closer to Bloxd's Survival Royale than to its slower Survival mode. Minecraft Classic has no survival at all. If what you want is relaxed gather-and-build survival, stick with Bloxd's.
Voxiom.io: the PvP and survival pick
What it is: a free, real-time multiplayer first-person voxel shooter that runs in your browser at voxiom.io. Its own tagline name-checks Minecraft, Fortnite, Counter-Strike and Call of Duty. As of October 2026 it has four modes: Battle Royale, Capture the Gems, Survival and Free-for-All.
What it shares with Bloxd: block worlds, PvP and building in the middle of a fight. The maps are fully destructible. You can mine, build on or blow apart every block.
What it lacks: any calm. Building in Voxiom is tactical. You throw up a wall for cover, or tunnel round to flank someone. It's not a creative mode, and it's no substitute for Peaceful. There's no bedwars, no parkour and no silly party modes either.
Replaces: Bloxd's PvP, CubeWarfare and Survival Royale. If the shooting is what you like about Bloxd, I'd go here first.
Games like Voxiom.io
Coming at it from the other side? If you've played Voxiom to death and want games like Voxiom, the obvious one to try is Bloxd's CubeWarfare: a third-person shooter where you build, sitting right next to bedwars and parkour when you need a break from getting sniped. For more voxel shooters and block games that run in a tab, my roundup of the best free browser block games casts a wider net.
Bloxd.io alternatives at a glance
| Game | Bloxd modes it replaces | Multiplayer | Building | Where to play |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Voxiom.io | PvP, CubeWarfare, Survival Royale | Yes | Tactical, mid-fight | voxiom.io (checked October 2026) |

| Nothing yet | Bedwars, BloxdHop, EvilTower | n/a | n/a | Stay on Bloxd.io |
So which one should you play?
If you want fights, play Voxiom.io. If you want a quiet build with no one around, play Minecraft Classic. If you want bedwars or parkour, Bloxd is still the one. And if your computer lets you install things, the browser isn't your only option: my list of the best free games like Minecraft covers the downloadable side, and my roundup of free games like Roblox has more places to play other people's worlds and minigames.
If you can install games
Folly isn't a browser game, so it can't drop in for Bloxd on a shared computer. It's a downloadable PC game with its own native client, and early access opens October 16, 2026. Every player gets a personal universe that starts as one small island floating in the void, and it's free, no purchases required: no paywalls, no loot boxes, no pay-to-win. Player-hosted servers and creator tools are planned for the early access period. There's more on how the island loop works, and you can claim your universe name before it opens.
